We use these when conducting multidisciplinary brand workshops.
Towards the end of the session, on the back of a postcard, each person writes down and signs a personal commitment – the single biggest big thing they promise to change and keep to when they get back to their desk. They then address the postcard to themselves.
We collect up the postcards and, sometime later – maybe weeks, maybe months – we post them. It’s a simple way of keeping that personal commitment alive long after the euphoria of the session has died down.
