The right strategy for skincare – for a famous cosmetics brand

Dior was a founder client. In Autumn 2005 we were commissioned to develop specific marketing strategies to build the skincare business and provide a consumer-based rationale for its relationship to the cosmetic business. The work included consumer and staff input, and resulted in the implementation of a number of initiatives – some obvious, some counter-intuitive.
