Fostering pride for people with one of the toughest jobs on earth

An initiative for a pioneering PCT Foundation Trust: Liverpool Provider Services. The objective was to bring a greater sense of cohesion and pride to teams who practise their care out in the community, at the sharp end of everyday life. Involved filming a brand DVD, mostly at night, in some of Liverpool’s most deprived districts.
