London Business School’s Reunion for New Alumni 2025 was attended by 600 LBS graduates from all over the world. In her keynote session, Helen updated her work on consumer-driven consumption and the potential mass uptake of marginal behaviours. Unveiling new research in association with Kantar, she showed how marginal behaviours are breaking through faster than ever, and how entrepreneurs are already seizing the opportunities.
